Disability sport survey
Optua and Suffolk Sport are collecting information from as many disabled people as possible in Suffolk about their participation in sport.
Sport England are launching an Inclusive Sport Fund aimed at improving opportunities to become involved and take part in sport. We hope that this may help to make it easier for disabled people to take part in the future but in order to best meet the needs of people with disabilities in Suffolk we need to gather some information.
We need to find out what sport people with disabilities are currently doing and what they would like to do. To do this we are asking as many disabled people in Suffolk to fill in this survey.
We want to use the results of this survey to put together a countywide funding bid to improve disability sport opportunities in Suffolk so it is vital that we hear from as many people as possible! We are looking to get as many responses as we can by Monday 2nd July and can arrange to send hard copies of the survey out to organisations or individuals if you prefer (please call 01473 836777).
