Volunteer Bike Traffic Count Sign Up
Thank you for volunteering to collect field data for the City of Boston annual bike and traffic counts. We rely completely on volunteers to collect these data, which allow us to track ridership throughout the City and ultimately evaluate the effectiveness of our bike programs. Thank you for your valuable contribution.
Below we ask you to list all the dates and times to which you can commit and tell us your preferences for locations. Once we match you with an assignment, we will provide you with instructions and count sheets. All count sheets will need to be submitted by September 28th.
Please note that this year we will ONLY be counting bicycle traffic. All counts will be conducted on weekdays from 7 - 9 am and from 4 - 6 pm. This is important for keeping our data consistent from one year to the next.
