Dear Our Redeemer Lutheran Church and School member:

If you filled out and submitted a survey at the Feb 7, 2010 Bible Class, please do not fill out this survey. If you did not, please read on!

The church's VISION Committee is updating the 5-year Plan approved by the congregation one year ago. You are invited to provide information to be used for updating the Plan.

The existing VISION Statement on which the Plan is based is:

OUR CONGREGATION, GOD WILLING, IN THREE TO FIVE YEARS, WILL BE AN INTEGRAL PART OF OUR DIVERSE COMMUNITY, BUILDING VARIOUS MINISTRIES TO LEAD OUR OUTREACH EFFORTS.

Copies of the 5-year Plan are available the Pamphlet rack on the narthex wall adjacent to where the table used to be located.

Please note the following about the questionnaire:

Question (1) emphasizes your own personal and church needs.
Question (2) asks for your suggestions on things the church can do to work toward reaching its VISION.
