The integration of HIV/AIDS and HCV (HepC) services and programs has been identified as a key issue facing today's community-based organizations. The purpose of this survey is to gauge your response to and knowledge about the integration of HIV/HCV (HepC) programming and services in BC and Yukon.

PLEASE NOTE: The survey asks questions about programs and services, not about personal health status.

The survey is undertaken for the Public Health Agency of Canada(PHAC). The BC/Yukon Region PHAC will be sharing only the analysis (not identifying information) of the responses with BC organizations that deliver HIV/AIDS and HCV (HepC) services and programs.

The survey will take between 5 and 20 minutes to complete. In appreciation of your time and thoughts, a donation for every response collected will be made to the Pacific AIDS Network and to the Hepatitis C Council of BC.
