Oxleas lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans (LGBT) Voices Project

This survey contains 24 questions, and should take about 10 minutes to complete.

We are offering you the chance to win a mobile tablet. All you need to do is complete our survey!

Oxleas is working with METRO to talk to LGBT people who use Oxleas services in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich. We want to find out about your experiences of using Oxleas service and how we can make things better for people who are LGBT, and use Oxleas services. Your answers will be kept confidential, and all the feedback from this survey will be anonymised.

Taking part in this survey will not affect your care. You can skip any question you are not comfortable answering and you can stop answering the questions at any point with out affecting your care or your participation.

We will be running focus groups in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich throughout November and December. People who take part in our focus groups can enter our prize draw for one of two £100 shopping vouchers. We will be holding a big event in March to celebrate our learning and give you the opportunity to feedback on our findings.

To enter our free prize draw, take part in our focus groups, or come to our March event, please leave us your contact details at the end of the survey.
