HI OC ALUMS!

Please help us connect with you by filling out this survey. We will use this information to notify you about reunions -- and particularly our 35th Year Celebration scheduled for April 20-22, 2012. We will also be notifying you about opportunities to come to a variety of events with the OC Community: picnics, star parties, dances and more.

And yes, we will also be using your contact information for some occasional fundraising but please please don't let that stop you! We won't do it very often, and we really want you as part of our community whether or not you choose to participate in our fundraisers.

We have asked for some personal information below, such as email addresses and phone numbers. We will be giving you an option at the end for sharing that information or keeping in confidential.
