NPN Performance Residency Final Report: ARTIST

1. General Project Information

Please complete the following information for all NPN Performance Residencies taking place in FY12: July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012. Final reports are due 30 days after the last Performance Residency activity. Final Reports are a requirement of artists participating in NPN Subsidy Programs. Artists who do not comply with reporting guidelines may not be eligible for other NPN subsidies.

NPN is responsible for reporting to its funders. Information collected in final reports helps us document work and also inform long-term goals and vision of the program. We use comments to report to our funders, gauge the efficacy of the program and asses our NPN Partners. We encourage you to be candid and honest.
