We are looking for self-motivated, multifaceted and creative personalities who thrives on wearing many hats. Whether prospecting, blogging, linking, customer support, new project launches or whatever the day brings your way, you are eager to meet the challenges and gain experience, exposure and energy in this competitive virtual arena.

Primary Responsibilities (shared among a team of interns and staff):

• Market research and competitive analysis
• Copy writing for ads, blog postings, newsletter and email campaigns
• Administrate virtual team as needed (switch hats as needed)
• Social Media Marketing
• Client Acquisition / Lead Generation (for interns that qualify)

• Design Services (for interns who would like to pursue this path)
• Assist the Marketing Managers in existing / ongoing projects

Compensation:
· Work from anywhere with the flexibility to balance school, friends, family and work. You can do the internship from your couch or your bed or from your local coffee bar. And you can do the internship in your PJs!

This is an unpaid internship requiring a minimum 10-hour/week commitment. The schedule and length of internship is flexible and can be easily adjusted to meet requirements to receive college credit for your experience.

We will provide reporting and grades for those who need externships / upper level course requirements.

Internship Requirements:
· Must have well developed communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Must be able to strike the appropriate balance between working independently and keeping team informed. If you can walk and chew gum while juggling a keyboard, a telephone and a life then this will be a great experience for you!

The virtual intern must be near proficient or possess a passion to take on the responsibility to learn – MS programs such as Excel, web analytics terminology, capabilities and reporting, audio editing, social media campaigns.
