. Do you approve the following change to the NLTHS bylaws:
"When circumstances arise that make it desirable for a Board President to serve a second one year term, but will have finished his sixth year as a board member and would normally not be eligible, the Board of Directors can authorize the extension of his Board membership for one additional year if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of NLTHS.”
