The Girls Coalition of SWPA's Gender Equity Work Group is interested in learning what your organization considers to be the top five Gender Equity issues facing Southwestern PA. For example, the low number of women in political leadership in this region vs. the large number of girls who lack strong negotiating skills.
The Girls Coalition as the Gender Equity Work Group seeks to bring together girl-serving organizations - for profit and not-for-profit - to help promote Gender Equity in SWPA.
