Thank you for agreeing to participate in mock interviews.
Interviews will be provided with sample questions and a rating sheet to score each student.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
□ Interviewers will be seated at various locations in the large group room.
□ You will meet with one student at a time and conduct a 10 minute interview. After the interview you should point out one or two things the student did well during the interview and give the student a couple of suggestions for improvement. Try to be conscientious of the time so all students can be interviewed during the class period. Keep the resumes and rating sheets. I will collect them from you.
□ Many of the students will be nervous as this will be the first time they will have interviewed.
