I want someone to tell me exactly what to do.
I push harder in a group than I do alone.
The camaraderie! High fives, cheering people on—what’s not to love?
There’s always something new, different and fun about each class that keeps me interested.
I can use equipment—like a Spin bike, a TRX, those huge tug-of-war ropes, etc.—that I may not have at home.
It helps me stick to a schedule; if I know the workout is at a certain time, I’ll make more of an effort to go!
