Peer Mentor/Coach Knowledge and Experience

The Department of Children and Families Substance Abuse Program Office is (DCF SAPO) is working to expand the Florida Learning System to further develop the network of Peer Mentors and Coaches who have expertise in performing improvement and specific evidence based practices. We are building upon our successes with the STAR grant to further develop the capacity for systemic improvements as well as to promote the use of evidence based practices in the areas of treatment and prevention.

The DCF SAPO has contracted with the Florida Alcohol Drug Abuse Association (FADAA) to coordinate this effort. Please take a few minutes to answer the following questions about your interest, experience and knowledge.
