This page is to find out how we can best serve you and your students through a Jr. HOSA Rally.
Our goal is to provide a rally for the members of Jr. HOSA (middle school division) of HOSA. We want to provide two events a year (they can still attend FLC, SLC, etc. they just cannot compete at those events).

Our goal is to provide a handful of competitive events at this rally mixed with leadership training and fun games/activities.

Your feedback in this survey will be great so that we can plan something that you and your students will want to attend.

4. We are considering hosting the rally at a "camp" type atmosphere such as the FFA Camp or Camp Rock Eagle. The registration fee would include lodging (if overnight), meals and activities. Would you prefer this type of atmosphere?

6. What day(s) of the week would be best to hold this rally so that you could attend? If you prefer a ONE day event (arrive in the AM and leave in the afternoon, select only one day, if you prefer a MULTIPLE day event, select the days you would like to have it).
