1. A few short questions about the Australian Team and the WTG Sweden

 
The Australian Team Manager Ann Stein, along with support from the National Office, is looking forward to the Australian team's participation in the World Transplant Games, Sweden, in June 2011.

To help make the experience truly memorable here are a few questions to help with our preparation.

Please note this survey is intended for athletes only and should be completed by athletes or a person representing an athlete (ie: a parent).
