The LEAD Center, in collaboration with the National Council on Independent Living (NCIL), and select CILs, has established a Community of Practice on Employment and Economic Advancement. The Community of Practice is a forum for peer-to-peer mentorship, training, and technical assistance to Centers for Independent Living (CILs) and their local American Job Centers (AJCs).
