Survey of State & Local Government Collaborations

This survey is being conducted by the National Association of State Chief Information Officers (NASCIO) and the Public Technology Institute (PTI) under the auspices of the NASCIO State & Local Collaboration Working Group. NASCIO and PTI are working together to identify best or emerging practices, and scenarios that can support state and local government delivery of government shared services using information technology.

This survey is intended to be distributed across the country to identify state and local government collaborative efforts that can be replicated in other jurisdictions.

Please complete a survey for each of the scenarios you wish to highlight.

Examples of state and local partnering on government shared services will be highlighted at the NASCIO 2012 Annual Conference, October 21-24, 2012.

Complete the survey page for each initiative you wish to highlight. When you click "Done" at the bottom of the page, your responses will be saved and a new blank page will be presented. When you are done completed the survey, exit the survey by closing your browser. You can return later using the same link to complete additional surveys.
