1. NAR Member Survey - June 2010

This survey is intended to get feedback from NAR members concering how the NAR Board should use the $32,000 in legal fee reimbursement we were awarded by the Federal Court at the end of our successful nine-year battle with BATFE over their unjustified attempt to regulate high-power rocket motors. The options presented are roughly proportional to the amount of money we received so if you make a new suggestion (which is welcome) keep it affordable! This survey will close on Saturday, July 24, 2010.

(a) Hold it as a reserve fund for future legal challenges or other unexpected emergency events

(d) Increase funding for NAR student scholarships and youth outreach programs
(e) Increase funding for grants to NAR sections for things like range safety equipment or initial development of launch sites
(f) Provide compensation for authors of Sport Rocketry feature articles and increase the number of pages in the magazine
(g) Use as the seed money for hosting a future World Spacemodeling Championships in the USA
(h) My own suggestion different from any of the above (described in text box below)
