The local authorities of Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion, Powys and Carmarthenshire have joined with the St. Davids Adoption Agency,Adoption UK and After Adoption to plan some joint support for adoptive families living in these authorities. The purpose of this survey is to find out what kind of support you would like us to provide.
