The Quality in IT Practices program is a program that recognizes a baseline performance level for IT governance in the Municipal government world. It is a subset of the Excellence in IT Practices program. The Excellence program provides a more rigorous audit of the operation where an agency can receive either the Achievement or Excellence awards. The application process is done thru Survey Monkey. Applications are due by September 21st.

The application fee is $75, payable to Misac via:
