Welcome to the Sunshine Coast Council MyCouncil Survey
Sunshine Coast Council has launched several online modules to make it easier for you to do business with us. Customers have even more ways to access their information and communicate with council through a range of 24/7 self-service interactions.
The following survey questions will help us understand who is best able to use council's online services.
The new services improve the way you engage with council by simplifying processes for bill payment, licenses, permits and requests. You now have an alternate method for these transactions, adding to phone, online chat and customer contact centres as a way to do business with council.
