Mid-Air Potential of instructional flights in the Western Phoenix Area

Thank you for deciding to complete this survey.
Currently, I am working on a Masters degree in Aeronautical Science at the Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. For my Capstone Project I have chosen a topic we all should be very interested in-Flight Safety. I want to investigate the Mid-Air Potential in the Western Phoenix area, an area we are all familiar with, and which is used for extensive flight training.
It is important that you answer as honestly as possible. Your responses will be anonymous and will be used to provide valuable information for the training of pilots. The participation in this survey is on a voluntary basis and will not have any consequences for you.
