REQUIREMENTS

• Schools must have at least 40% of the student body receive free or reduced lunch (you can check on DESE http://mcds.dese.mo.gov/quickfacts/SitePages/DistrictInfo.aspx)
• Teachers must supervise students and actively participate during the program.
• Schools are required to participate in the evaluation process for each program.
• Schools may not qualify for future free/subsidized programs if the evaluation is not completed.
• The school will publish in a school-wide communication a description of the program, provided by Springboard. The school will forward a copy of this communication to Springboard.
• The school will host MakerSpace culminating event which will be open to parents and the school community.
• The school will make every effort to return all student media release forms so the MakerSpace project can be documented via a blog, FaceBook or the Springboard Website.
