. 5) It has historically been an issue that an AAPALM officer who performs their own legal consulting is the main contact person for the AAPA. That is, sometimes members suspect that case referrals are being kept by the contact person or passed on to friends or fellow officers. The President has proposed that the contact person listed with the AAPA be an AAPALM member who does not perform any expert witness services. Do you agree with this proposal?

Educational activity would include but not be limited to doing a presentation to PA students, colleagues or the public or writing an article for you local PA chapter newsletter, employer newsletter, etc.
