1. Act 537 Reimbursement Program
As you may be aware, the state has reduced funding for local agency reimbursement for the Act 537 Program. PSATS recognizes the importance of the state's financial support to the long-term viability of local sewage enforcement agencies across the state, and is asking each township to take a more active role in working to restore funding. As part of this effort, we are asking member townships to complete this brief survey. Thank you for your time.
