Keep 'em coming: Building loyal relationships with those that matter most

Do you work with people? No matter the relationship--user, co-worker, administrator, investor--it takes work to build successful relationships. Join the Florida and Caribbean Chapter of SLA as we hear from James Kane, recognized as "one of the leading researchers and consultants in the science of loyalty and the role it plays in human relationships and the communities we form" (http://www.jameskane.com). During the full-day workshop, we will explore the key elements to forming these lasting relationships, learn to identify target groups, and discuss practical ways to improve the relationships we have. Participants will spend time analyzing their unique organizations and developing customized plans and will leave with practical ways to implement new strategies. Lunch and light snacks are included.
