In order to effectively collect feedback from Colorado stakeholders on Meaningful Use Objectives and Measures, this questionnaire organizes recommendations, concepts, and questions into 7 sections that include:
1) ONC Specific Request for Comments - In addition to the items detailed by the HITPC, the Office of the National Coordinator appreciates input on these questions
2) Improving Quality, Safety, and Reducing Health Disparities
3) Engaging Patients and Families
4) Improving Care Coordination
5) Improving Population and Public Health
6) Information Exchange
7) Overarching Meaningful Use Questions
All questions listed include stage 2 objectives and measures (as available for reference), stage 3 recommendations, proposed for future stage, and a section for questions/comments. You are encouraged to provide questions, concerns, and alternative solutions for achieving the goals discussed. Please note, this survey only requests feedback on identified areas of impact.
