What is Success?
Welcome to the "What is Success" Survey
This survey is to collect data on how people define success for themselves. A part from four demographics, only two questions require an answer. I hope you will take the extra five minutes it will take to complete all 15. (It may take longer if you wish to elaborate in the open ended questions.)
Some of this data will be used in a chapter for a book that I am writing. There are four overall objectives, two of which make it quite unique:
1. How do people define success (for themselves personally)?
2. How does age influence how we see success?
3. Is there a difference between those that use social networks and those that don't?
4. Is there any correlation between "personality types" and how they define success?
Question 4 will be addressed in an optional section at the end of the survey for those respondents who are familiar with the four personality systems being used.
I am also collecting directly through Twitter and comments on my blog. You can find more details on my blog at:

NOTE: I am not sure how the data will be used, but if I use any direct quotes - those will be acknowledged as such. At the end you will have an opportunity to let me know if you would prefer any specific words you have written can not be used.
Here are three demographic questions to help me sort the data on some of the criteria I am using.
