Menlo Park City School District - Performance in Meeting Its Mission Parent Survey 2011 |
Dear parent or guardian:
The Menlo Park City School District is developing an ongoing system to determine the extent to which it is meeting its mission “to inspire high academic achievement among all students, serve their needs, challenge their minds, enrich their lives and lay a foundation for success and participation in our democratic society and as citizens of the world.” We are interested in your feedback from a parent’s perspective to corroborate the performance data that the District is collecting.
In answering these questions, please think about your experience and impressions with the district as a whole, as it relates to all of your children. (If you have multiple children attending various schools in the district, we recognize that your experiences may differ depending on the school. More specific information about each school will be collected through the school site surveys.)
This survey has 8 questions and should take about 5 minutes to complete. Your feedback is completely anonymous. We appreciate your participation!
Sincerely,
Ken Ranella, Superintendent
