Which of the following statements best describes your views? Increased intervention and call-in programs have been proved to be effective in reducing crime, and should be a top priority for Oakland now.

Increased intervention and call-in programs have been proved to be effective in preventing crime. Although I don’t think we can provide further funding from city funds, the city should make it a top priority to look for grant money to increase these programs.

I favor intervention and call-in programs, but we can’t afford them now.
