Donegal Sports Partnership in association with the Donegal Youth Council will through this youth sport and physical activity survey gauge the levels of physical activity of teenagers in Donegal. It will be treated in complete confidentiality.
The World Health Organization (WHO) states that at least 30 minutes of regular, moderate-intensity physical activity on most days of the week is efficient.
