1. 2012 BAA BASEBALL SURVEY

 
The BAA is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to the organization and administration of sport programs for the Boxford community. All boys and girls, regardless of ability, are invited to participate in different sports according to their age group. The primary purpose of the BAA sports programs is to: teach individual skills, promote physical fitness, give children the opportunity to compete in team sports, encourage team cooperation and sportsmanship, and most of all to have fun. In order for the BAA to evaluate how it is meeting its primary purpose, we are asking the parents/guardians of BAA sports players to evaluate the principle point of delivery of our programs, the coaches. Please take a few minutes to fill out this survey and return it to the address below.
