Thank you for requesting an E85 coupon from the American Lung Association in Illinois as a part of our E85 Coupon Program. Please complete the following short survey in order to receive your $10 E85 Coupon. Coupon requests are limited to one per household; all duplicate requests will be refused.
E85 Coupons may only be used with the purchase of E85 fuel at participating E85 stations. A list of participating stations is available at www.E85coupon.com, and will also be included in the mailing with your E85 Coupon. Coupons used for E85 purchases totaling less than ten dollars will only be redeemable for the total purchase price of the E85, no cash refunds will be given.
