5. During the 2008/2009 school year in WJCC 20% of white girls, 48 % of white boys, 49% of girls of color and 68% of boys of color had a discipline infraction. 91% of the offenses were for skipping class, class room disruption or insubordination. What is your opinion of this information?

6. Since 1998, Virgina has required the testing the the Standards of Learning in public schools.Since 2001, the No Child Left Behind Act required public schools to test students and report that results in 29 categories. By 2014, all sub-groups must have 100% pass rate to make Annual Yearly progress. How would you rate the following practices to meet the requirements of law created?

7. On December 5, 2009 at 2 pm at the Williamsburg Community Building, a citizens group held the first of community conversation on public education in WJCC since 1994. The first topic was on student literacy and drop out prevention. 8. With WJCC facing a 20% or more reduction from current funding what are your two suggestions as priorities in the coming budget?

9. Below are a list of possible reductions that might be considered by the WJCC School Board. Please rate the reductions from acceptable to unacceptable
