Power Tools
• NO CHAINSAWS!
• Permissible power tools: electric drills and screwdrivers, weed whackers, lawn mowers (no riding lawn mowers)

• Arrangements should be made for any heavy lifting prior to the date of the HandsOn volunteer project (i.e. if volunteers are needed to shampoo a carpet, heavy pieces of furniture such as armoire/ media center or couch should be cleared before HandsOn volunteers arrive.)
• No heavy/ cumbersome/ bulky items should be moved down flights of stairs (ex. no moving sofas from the first floor into the basement.)
