Residential to Commercial Overview-Each agent will learn the basics of each type of commercial real estate and have their questions answered from the differences in listings, terminology, buyer and tenant brokerage. The top 10 mistake list tenants make. How to refer business locally and nationally, what to look for, contacts, etc.
Beginner Commercial Real Estate-Course will go over the foundation of commercial real estate to make them a success in each area(office, retail, industrial, apts). A 30 day plan to success, how to market for success, the relationship approach to business vs. the transaction approach, beginner overcoming objections.
Advanced Commercial Real Estate-This course will look more in depth at tenant representation, lease clauses, 44 point checklist, renewal vs. relocation strategies, overcoming objections in greater detail and again all will have their questions answered.
Brokering Apartment Buildings-This course discusses the ideal way to list and sell small and medium apartment buildings.
Multi Family Commercial Course-This course will cover planning a personalized acquisition strategy, locating units, analyzing, acquiring, phase, managing, enhancing/optimizing, protecting assets, building portfolio, repositioning as needed, preservation, and having an exit strategy.
