NOTE: This course is available to non-Fuqua students on a space-available basis only. There are a discrete number of seats in each section reserved for Nicholas, Law, and Sanford graduate students. These will be allocated at the discretion of your program and the professor in November.
Beyond those seats, we cannot guarantee spots for non-Fuqua students until the day following the Fuqua drop/add period (end of first week of classes). Seats for non-Fuqua students beyond the reserved seats are likely to be limited.
This form is for CASE internal purposes only. Prof. Clark will use your responses in determining which applicants to extend her permission to enroll. After you submit this form, your name request will be reviewed and will be cleared to register or added to the waiting list for the class.
Once you receive confirmation of your permission to enroll, you will need to obtain the formal Course Registration Permission Form and submit that to the Fuqua Registrar's office. Please DO NOT submit the "course registration permission form" to the Fuqua Registrar until you have been invited in writing to do so.
