1. In an effort to minimize job losses, should ETTI and it's Board pursue negotiations with the County in order to provide an early retirement enhancement to all eligible ETTI members? These are members with at least 10 years of service and at least 50 years of age or older.

As a member of ETTI, would you agree to an enhanced retirement for our members provided your income level remains the same, but, forfeiting the County's contribution to your Health Savings Account equal to $660.00 per year, for a period of no more than two years? This account, is currently paid for exclusively by the County and will become available for your use, including interest, upon leaving County service for specific medical insurance, COBRA payments, deductibles, etc...
