Case Management Systems 2010 - Broad Survey |
The National Legal Aid & Defender Association ("NLADA") and the National Juvenile Defender Center ("NJDC") are gathering information about the current state of case management and/or tracking systems being used by public defense agencies and systems around the country to capture information on both juvenile and adult clients.
The results of this survey will be used to assist the defense community in securing resources and support for infrastructure and development of case management systems and as a beginning step toward creating a national system of uniform integrated justice system data management.
To assist us in these efforts, please take a few minutes to answer the questions that follow. Please answer as many of the questions as you can and send us as much of the requested materials as you can (by emailing them to p.mann@nlada.org). Thank you in advance for your participation.
