The BIA is considering forming a local chapter of the Professional Women in Building Council. The purpose of this organization is to support the professional development of women in the homebuilding industry. This council would have the same national affiliation that both the Sales & Marketing Council and the Remodelors Council have and would have a nominal fee to participate.
