ma4sbhc School Superintendent and School Committee Survey January 2010

1. Survey for Superintendents & School Committee Members

The Massachusetts Coalition of School-Based Health Centers (the Coalition), in collaboration with the Massachusetts Association of School Committees and Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents, are interested in school officials’ views on the most pressing factors influencing student achievement. The Coalition has been funded by the Nellie Mae Foundation to better understand the complex challenges currently facing educational decision makers in their district.

Taking the survey won’t take long. It should take less than 10 minutes.

Your name and the name of your district will be confidential. While we ask that you share the name of your district, neither your name nor your district will be included in any survey reports.

Findings from this survey will be made available to the Massachusetts Association of School Committees and Massachusetts Association of School Superintendents, and will inform efforts to enhance student success and well-being.
