MALSCE Lyme Disease Questionnaire

Lyme disease and several other tick-borne diseases are found throughout Massachusetts. Because land surveyors often encounter the great outdoors in their line of work, they are especially susceptible to contracting these maladies. The following survey is our attempt to learn more about the prevalence and impact of the disease among MALSCE members.
