MALSCE 2012 - Registries of Deeds Survey - Opportunity for Input

MALSCE Members and the Registries of Deeds

In preparation for a discussion by the MALSCE Board of Directors, we are seeking your input about the plan filing requirements of different Massachusetts Registries of Deeds. The MALSCE Board has heard that certain Registries have requirements that are not standard among the registries, but we need to gather more information to determine a future course of action.

Thank you for your input. While we ask for you to provide your contact information, in case we have follow up questions, that information will not be shared with the MALSCE Board or with public official. We will summarize input received in a future communication to MALSCE members.
