Dear PMI Chicagoland Chapter Member:

This annual member satisfaction survey is being sent to all PMI Chicagoland members. Your input is very important to us as it will help drive our chapter activities this year and beyond.

Please take a few minutes to complete this 10 question survey. You may complete the survey anonymously. At the end, you will have an opportunity to share your contact information for the sole purpose of entering a raffle drawing for the following prize:
