At Equality South West we are always seeking to improve on what we do. To help us to meet the needs of our partners, stakeholders and all those who use or could potentially use our services, we need to know how you think we are doing so far? Could you please spare a few minutes of your time to complete this survey - the survey should take you no longer than 15 minutes. Please complete and return your survey by Friday 8th January 2010

Confidentiality and Feedback

The information you provide will only be used by ESW staff/volunteers and the Evaluation Trust, in analysing the results of the survey; individual responses will not be shared with any other person or any other organisation, without your consent. We will, however, publish an anonymous report with an analysis of the survey findings.
