This short survey will only take a couple of minutes and will be a tremendous help in understanding the impact of the September 2013 floods on businesses here in the city of Longmont. Your assistance with this survey is needed to determine an accurate estimate of the unmet financial needs that still remain among businesses in the city of Longmont.

Detailing the affect the flood directly or indirectly had on your business will allow the city to pursue different types of disaster recovery funds and make a stronger case for the business needs that currently remain unmet.
