This survey is for use by local school district transportation directors to report summarized data they have received from drivers on school bus illegal passing incidents. This data is assembled into an annual report to document the problem of illegal passing across the United States. The survey is coordinated by the National Association of State Directors of Pupil Transportation Services (NASDPTS), and is vital to our follow-up to improve the safety of students in school bus loading zones.
