The Langham, London was the first hotel to ever serve Afternoon Tea, on June 10, 1865.
Now a world-famous tradition, The Langham, Hong Kong, will honour the beginning of Afternoon Tea by serving an 1865 Afternoon Tea for just HK$1 on June 10, 2012.
This year, the theme of the tea is Diamond Jubilee, to celebrate the Queen’s reign of 60 years. Partnering with The Langham is world-famous British jewellers Boodles, renowned for their breathtaking diamond pieces.
This is a rare opportunity to enjoy Afternoon Tea as it once was, in the original Grand Hotel.
