Justice is More than Jail: What Advocates Can Do to Help Meet Sexual Assault Victims’ Legal Needs This teleconference illustrates how sexual assault survivors’ legal needs are not limited to criminal prosecution or tort claims for personal injury. Victims need help meeting their most basic (and often urgent) needs such as safe housing, education, employment, privacy, immigration, privacy and financial support.
