This survey has been created to gather information about the youth sports organizations in South Lyon and the surrounding area. The information in this survey will be used to get a better understanding of how your organization is structured, how coaches are selected, and the training that is offered to the coaches you select. In addition to utilizing this information at a coaching clinic, each person will be provided with the results.

The goal of gathering this information is to improve the satisfaction of each participant in our youth sport programs.
